Welcome to Washington State Arts Commission's new online grant system! Established by the Washington State Legislature in 1961, the Washington State Arts Commission (WSAC) collaborates with artists and arts organizations statewide to conserve and develop critical artistic resources. WSAC strives to further policies that promote statewide arts awareness, develop sustainable arts resources for future generations, and deepen investments in Washington's dynamic cultural legacy. To find out more about WSAC and our programs, visit our website at www.arts.wa.gov. We offer several types of grant programs to help support the arts in Washington state, which are all explained on our website. We are currently using this online grant system for two of our grant programs: Project Support grants and Arts in Education First Step grants. To learn more about these grants, please read the Guidelines posted on our website and also available by clicking Guidelines tab on the navigation bar above. New to the site and applying for a grant? Click on the “Sign Up” tab. Note: we recommend that the person with primary responsibility for sumbitting and managing grants is the person to initiate your account. Returning user? Click on the “Log In” tab. Need help? Click on the "Help" tab above, which includes contact information for WSAC program staff. Special Note: This online grant system works best with the following web browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome.
