GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS
Project Support grant goals are to support the cultural vitality of communities throughout the state by directing funding and services to strengthen communities and to provide arts opportunities for the public, with a particular interest in reaching diverse populations.

PLEASE REVIEW THE GUIDELINES BEFORE APPLYING.
 
Project Support - LEVEL A
 Small arts organizations under $200,000 annual budget OR organizations that are not arts specific
 Grant requests of $1,000-$2,500
 Projects must take place between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018
 Application deadline is March 27, 2017, 5:00 PM
 
Project Support - LEVEL B
 Mid-sized arts organizations from $200,000 to $1 million annual budget OR Local Arts Agencies
 Grant requests of $2,500-$5,000
 Projects must take place between August 15, 2017 and June 30, 2018
 Application deadline is April 24, 2017, 5:00 PM
 
Project Support - LEVEL C
Large arts institutions over $1 million annual budget
Grant requests of $5,000-$8,000
Projects must take place between August 15, 2017 and June 30, 2018
Application deadline is May 22, 2017, 5:00 PM

Cooperative Partnership Program
Cooperative Partnerships enable ArtsWA to extend its reach by partnering with organizations that provide services to support artists and arts professionals across the state of Washington.  Five statewide arts service organizations are directly invited to apply for Cooperative Partnership grants (listed in the guidelines).  Other statewide arts service organizations may also apply and are given equal consideration, based on the eligibility requirements and application review criteria. 

For projects between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018
Application deadline: 5:00 pm March 14, 2017

ARTS IN EDUCATION
Arts in Education grants support arts organizations, schools, nonprofits, and government agencies building community partnerships dedicated to improving the quality and quantity of arts education for K-12 students in public schools in Washington State.
 
First Step Grant - Fiscal Year 2018
For smaller or newer partnerships with a modest project scope; 1-year grant.
